What is an Equity Story?
An equity story is the narrative a CEO and CFO use to explain why their company is a compelling investment. It is not a set of slides. It is not a collection of metrics. It is a coherent argument — told in plain language — for why this business, in this market, run by this team, will create more value for shareholders than any alternative use of their capital.
